All it takes is 5-minutes!?

Have you ever considered what stretching at work for 5-minutes, 2-3 times per day can do for your mood and productivity?

Did you know that you can lighten your mood and clear your mind by increasing your blood flow and circulation and releasing endorphins. You can also avoid the 3 o’clock slump by boosting your energy level with stretching.

And.. what about a change in your posture…. you certainly don’t want to be permanently “bent-over” because you keep your back in the same posture for hours! Have you ever thought about how many of the people chronically bent over get that way? Many times it’s not enough hours focusing on posture!
