Brett Bannon is the creator and co-founder of FitTime5. He is a Certified Master Trainer, has been training since 2008 after receiving his Finance degree at San Diego State University. He has advanced specializations in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement, both through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Brett is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and played soccer thru the collegiate level. He has trained boxing for about 5 years and teaches various classes. Both Brett’s sports involvement and his experiences with his personal training clients have allowed him to gain extensive knowledge in helping client’s achieve their fitness goals. Brett recognizes that clients develop habits throughout their day which impact their movement, pain and posture.

Master Trainer

Marsha Bannon is also the co-founder of FitTime5. She is a Physical Therapist and has been practicing for 37 years after receiving her degree at Boston University. Marsha has extensive experience with ergonomics and biomechanics, in home, workplace and community environments. This has allowed Marsha to understand and recognize various postures/habits that people have which may later may lead to pain and injuries. Marsha was also the co-owner of Cognitive Rehabilitative Services at which time she worked together with other professionals to develop a problem-solving strategy to help individuals recognize and correct their own movements.

Physical Therapist

Katie is a co-owner of FitTime5 and the director of Graphic & Marketing. She is a recent graduate from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo majoring in Graphic Communication with a concentration in Web & Digital Media. Katie recently was working for Apple as a Production Designer and has other design experience throughout many industries. Loves a big glass of wine, a good workout, and living the Southern California lifestyle. Been a Bannon for 25 years, so was about time some of the family started a business together.
